Fantastic diamond in the rough, the area is rich with culture although this could be seen as too lively for some. The room was way more spacious than I thought it was going to be. Staff are extremely friendly as well! Very clean.

Our room was spacious, clean, modern , and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well designed. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and provided a nice variety, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Schiller5 hotel!

Great hotel. Okay area.

We stayed in the suite, and it was gigantic by European hotel room standards. We loved it! The only downsides were the area around it was not terrible, but not great. There were at least 3 strip clubs on the block. And driving there was very hard because of road construction closing the street (Google maps was confused). But we would stay here again, for sure!

Made to feel so welcome, party of 10 celebrating a friends special birthday. Given use of a private room on the evening of the birthday to carry on celebrating after our dinner out. Staff very warm and friendly. Location great for trains and trams, but surrounding area is under construction woth a few undesirable folk about. Didn't cause is any problems though. Would definitely recommend.

We got the family suite and it was amazing. Tons of room and 2 bathrooms. Tons of construction outside and in a slightly shady area with tons of people out late just smoking and yelling at all hours of the night and morning. Great breakfast and close to train station.

The hotel is adqeuate althought not as nice looking in person as in the pictures. You can tell this is a refurbed older property. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable and that was all that we needed. However, the area around the hotel is just too sketchy. There were people actively shooting up around the corner from the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is also closed and making the hotel very hard to get to (impossible from the north). While neither of these things are the hotel's fault, it is important to note nonetheless.
