Upon arrival I was told I was not in the system. After a call, the person at the front desk told me I would be staying at the hotel‘s sister Property. I booked this hotel for several reasons. I had stayed there before and it checked all my boxes for what I needed for a stay between work assignments. The Courtyard was NOT an equivalent Substitute. There was Not apologize and no compensation for the inconvience. Never again.

It was new. Clean and fair value. However, if you are not there long term, there is no cooking pots or pans and cutlery in the room. You have to pick them up from reception if you require them. Why have a kitchen in the room if you have no facilities to take advantage of it. Also the parking at €22 per night is just taking the mickey. The car park was empty! Don’t get this.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the entire property exuded cleanliness and care. Nestled in a quiet area, it was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The bathroom was particularly impressive—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. One of the biggest perks was the location: just a 1-minute walk to the train station, with a direct 25-30 minute train ride to Munich city center. Ideal for both relaxation and convenience, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Munich.
