The 45 m² flat has a bathroom, a small kitchenette, a dining table, a couch with a smart TV and a large double bed. There are also numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The attic flat is located on the third floor (no lift) of a house. It is a completely independent flat with its own entrance. There are five free parking spaces directly in front of the accommodation which can be used at any time without restriction. You can also park for free on the street in the neighbourhood.
