I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The first night I slept there alone, the second night, my family joined me. The morning of the second day, I paid for an additional bed in the room and asked to have the room cleaned before my family had to use it. At 7pm we came back to the room and found everything as I had left it in the morning. After complaining with the reception, some staff member came, left the bed in the middle of the room, threw some fresh towels on a table and left. Extremely rude, unprofessional and definitely not worth of a 4* rating. We didn't even have a complementary bottle of water in the room which is a standard practice for 4* hotels worldwide. Never again!

In the middle of a run down, deserted industrial estate, with no other facilities in the area other than a number of lap dancing clubs. On the positive side, only a few minutes walk to the U-bahn on the U2 line with good links to the City and Airport. Maybe a sensible choice if attending the Messe Halles, rather than for tourists.

The room was exactly as promised and was clean and ready when I expected it to be. The property is a weird walk to the closest subway station (you pass by multiple adult entertainment venues and have to go through not the best-lit areas) but this is not entirely the fault of the property and may have been different for a man/group rather than a woman travelling alone. The staff were friendly if not the most helpful (there was a Bavarian holiday during my trip and they were not sure what would be open, which was a little disappointing as I would have appreciated some guidance). If you know your way around Munich/Bavaria, I imagine this would also not be an issue. The hotel is also a bit outside city center (something I knew when booking, and was not unpleasantly surprised by) but this would have been an issue if I were not familiar with public transport/had cell service to find my way around. All in all, I had no issues with the hotel itself, and would recommend it.

Nice hotel in Munich. There's not a whole lot nearby, and is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station. The room was comfortable.

Bad WiFi, long check-in/out times

Check-in was painfully slow due to a large group with a bus tour checking in at the same time. Long queue while checking-out as well. Wi-Fi didn't have adequate signals in the room to be useful. Rooms were clean and well furnished.
