Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Munkedal schön an einem See. Die Umgebung ist malerisch und ruhig.Das Haus ist ca. 1900 gebaut worden und hat eine ziemliche steile Treppe in den ersten Stock. Dort ist die Raumhöhe gering.Die Wohnküche ist sehr heimelig und schön gestaltet. Leider gibt es keine Tür zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer.
