Overall a great place to stay

Pricing correspond to what you get but not more, the hotel is in best location the family room is big enough for 5. The beds are IKEA brands and not so robust. The Wifi was not very reliable.

Boka i den nyare delen

Fick ett rum i det stora huset som inte var renoverat pÄ ett tag och rummet var inte bra i förhÄllande till priset. Hotellet har en nyare del som var mycket frÀschare och ska man bo pÄ hotellet sÄ se till att boka dÀr (de flesta bilder Àr dÀrifrÄn) det var dock lite oklart nÀr man bokade vilka rum som var i den nyare delen och vilka som var i den Àldre. Frukost ingick inte. Bra parkering med laddmöjligheter.

Ingen WIFI pÄ hotellet, selvom det tilbydes. RengÞringen pÄ vÊrelset fyldte ikke op med papir pÄ toilettet, sÄ man mÄtte selv ud og tage fra andre steder. Affaldsspanden pÄ vÊrelset blev heller ikke tÞmt, og efter 5 overnatninger mÄtte vi selv ud og lede efter et sted at tÞmme den.

Preis- LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis war ok, Zimmer sauber, wir hatten eine riesige Terrasse mit Blick auf 5 Storchennester auf den BĂ€umen davor und konnten abends diese wunderbar beobachten. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war ok, nur wĂ€ren Sonnenschirme auf der Terrasse schön gewesen, da es sehr heiß war. ParkplĂ€tze gab es direkt vor dem Haus.

Bra lÀge men under byggnation

Har bott hÀr flera ggr men vid ankomst denna gÄng var vi mindre nöjda. En grÀvmaskin som höll pÄ under vÄr balkong vÀldigt högljutt mitt i högsÀsong. Gick till reception för att frÄga hur lÀnge de skulle hÄlla pÄ och de verkade lite ointresserade och tyckte inte det var sÄ konstigt men flera personer inklusive grÀvmaskinisten lovade att de bara skulle vara dÀr just den dagen. Dagen efter var den inte helt ovÀntat igÄng igen, suck! Gick till receptionen igen för att pÄpeka detta och dÄ blev vi faktiskt erbjudna ett annat rum i den nyare delen vilket var bra men intrycket var liksom redan lite förstört. Mycket arbeten för övrigt i och runt hotellomrÄdet störde en del. Hade inte bokat hÀr om vi vetat att det var sÄ mycket ombyggnationer men det framkom inte vid bokningen. Poolen ett plus och bra lÀge, byn Àr mysig.

TrĂšs jolie et agrĂ©able chambre au Grand HĂŽtel Premium. Super salle de bain avec deux lavabos. Par contre le sol de la chambre n’était pas trĂšs propre. L’entretien de la chambre pendant le sĂ©jour Ă©tait moyen aussi (lits pas trĂšs bien faits, pas de nettoyage du sol, taches de cafĂ© sur les tasses)

L'Alsace est magnifique

TrĂšs bien. Personnel agrĂ©able mĂȘme lorsqu'ils sont surchargĂ©s. Juste 2 choses. Le mitigeur de la douche est sĂ»rement cassĂ© car il ne tenait pas. Déçus de n'avoir pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venus Ă  la rĂ©servation des soupers que ce serait barbecue car nous avions prĂ©vu de manger traditionnel. Sinon trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Je pense malgrĂ© tout avoir payĂ© le prix du studio pleine saison alors que j'avais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre.
