hallo, ich muss heute eine außergewöhnliche Bewertung schreiben ! Zimmer und Bad in sehr gutem Zustand, sehr sauber, neu renoviert, eine begehbare super Duschzelle im Bad. Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich ! Gutes Frühstück, verschiedene Sorten Brötchen und Brot. Verschiedene Wust- und Käsesorten, Obstsalate in kleinen Gläsern portionsgerecht, dito selbstgemachte Joghurtsorten, teils mit Früchten und Haferflocken, Rührei mit Speckseiten oder gebratenen Würstchen ... Lage hervorragend - in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt oder auf den Weihnachtsmärkten - 200 m bis zur Kongresshalle welche auch für Konzerte genutzt wird. Durch einen Buchungsfehler - wahrscheinlich von meiner Seite - wurde das Doppelzimmer 2 mal gebucht. Dies bemerkten wir erst bei der Anreise Samstagmittags ! Rief Hotels.com an - nach Abfrage meiner Daten hatte ich innerhalb einer Minute eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin am Telefon.- und dies am Sanstagmittag ! ich schilderte mein Problem und erhielt die Zusage das Hotels.com/Expedia sich darum kümmert. Am Sonntag erhielt ich eine Statusmeldung und am Montag erhielt ich von Hotels.com/Expedia und vom Hotel die Info dass die Fehlbuchung erledigt ist und ich mir die volle Höhe rückerstattet wird ! Außergewöhlicher Service kundenfreundliche Problemlösung ! Vielen Dank an Hotels.com/Expedia und an das Hotel Münster Kongresscenter ! Im Sommer werden wir wieder hier buchen um das schöne Münster erneut zu genießen .

Booked double room, was given twin. Finally changed to double. Another room's toilet waste bubbled up into my bathroom through the shower drain...awful. Changed rooms AGAIN, that trim had a bathroom that had not been cleaned, ugh... Awfull beds, 2 small single duvets for a large double bed, like all German hotels, bloody awful.

Decent value for a night stay

Decent hotel close to many things in Munster. Parking only 4€ a day, not as good as free but not too bad either. 10 minutes from the train station by foot. Room a little dated, including carpet and kind of ugly furniture. But the bathroom was well equipped and clean. Overall not a bad value. Friendly English speaking staff.
