Der Hotelstandort unmittelbar beim Bahnhof ist ideal für An- und Abreise und für die weiteren Erkundungen von Locarno/Muralto. Das Zimmer ist modern, grossräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Sauber und bietet guten Komfort. Das Hotel-Check-in/Check-out geht nur digital und somit ohne Personal vor Ort. Frühstück ist qualitativ gut und vielseitig - guter Nespresso-Kaffee. Einzig beim Kundendienst per Mail oder Telefon lässt sich kein gutes Zeugnis ausstellen. Für VIP-Access Annehmlichkeiten ist man in diesem Hotel an der falschen Adresse und erhält die Leistungen nur unter Nachhaken durch Hotels.com, da das Hotel nichts wissen will von solchen Zusatzleistungen. Nur nehmen statt geben scheint die Devise zu sein.
