Finger weg! Betrug bei "Belvilla und Oyo"

Buchung im März eines ganz bestimmten Hauses - an einem ganz bestimmten Ort (Strand bei Costa Rei) mit privat-pool etc. - ein paar Tage vorher erhielten wir sogar Bestätigung mit korrekten GPS Koordinaten, etc . Also mit der Fähre angereist und den Schlüssel bei einer Agentur erhalten - diese brachte uns dann ABER zu einem anderen Objekt - das wir überhaupt nicht wollten - 10km vom anderen entfernt, wesentlich kleiner wesentlich weniger Räume und Ausstattung. Unsere sofortige Reklamation bei der Agentur UND bei Belvilla etc. brachten absolut nichts. Zunächst Vertröstung, sie können nichts machen! dann keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr, selbst Tel. nicht mehr abgenommen, keine Verantwortlichen, keine Reaktionen - wir wurden sprichwörtlich im Regen stehen gelassen. Wir haben das versprochene Haus an der Adresse aufgesucht, es existiert, aber die Agentur sagte uns, dass, dass dieses Objekt gar nicht unter ihrem Vetrag sei!! Was für eine Schweinerei und Betrug - und glaubt mir, man kann vor Ort nichts mehr machen. Der Rechtsdienst ist jetzt aber eingeschaltet. --> dringend Finger Weg von "Belvilla" und "Oyo"

Villa sous équipée et mal entretenue

Villa très bien située mais mal entretenue et nombreux dysfonctionnements ( luminaires, stores, électroménager). Très belle piscine et grand jardin mal entretenus. Correspondant local incompétent.

Statt im ruhigen Ferienpark wie im Aufenthaltsticket angegeben an der lauten Hauptstraße. Vieles kaputt (Liegen) oder unvollständig (Gartenstühle). Grill nur Schrott, dafür aber mit Einkaufswagen vom Supermarkt. Vom beschriebenen Strandservice keine Spur usw.
