Villa Camboni furnished with taste and practicality is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable holiday. Located in a very quiet condominium away from driveways (about 80mt) and only 100mt from the commercial area.
Inside there is a large living and dining area with equipped kitchen, stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, 32-inch satellite TV and sofa.
From the living room you go to the sleeping area where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom;
a bedroom with double bed;
a bedroom with two single beds and a French door that allows access to the back of the house and a comfortable fully flat area equipped with built-in barbecue, washing machine, drying rack and outdoor shower with hot water. Entrance to this space is also allowed from the outside through a door located on the right side of the house.
Between the three rooms there is a bathroom complete with services and shower cubicle.
Villa Camboni has an outdoor area completely furnished with outdoor furniture and pleasantly framed by flowers and plants, ideal for everyone but especially for the little ones where they will find a large and safe space in the garden where they can play.
