Welcome to Villa Oleandro , a cozy two-room villa located in the quiet “Valle degli Oleandri” (Via Doria Bassa, 44), in the heart of Costa Rei.
The location is ideal: with a walk of only 400-700 meters on foot you can dive into the crystal clear waters of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, alternating completely free areas with equipped bathing establishments and lively seaside kiosks.
The Spaces of the Villa
Private Garden & Patio: A large green area for exclusive use equipped with a large barbecue for your summer barbecues and a very comfortable outdoor shower , ideal for cooling off when you return from the beach.
Covered Veranda: The real heart of the house. A cool and shaded space, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners in total relaxation.
Functional Living Area: Interiors with a minimalist and practical design. You'll find a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning , LED TV, and a double sofa bed (French style).
Bedroom & Bathroom: A bright double bedroom with a ceiling fan for summer nights and a bathroom with a shower and bidet.
