Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Gather all trash and put in kitchen trash can. Tie off trash bags and leave in kitchen trash can. There is no outside trash receptacle. Leave gate key to community gate on the kitchen counter.

Came for First Monday on a girls trip and drove about 30 minutes. Peaceful. Master bathroom shower was AMAZING! Owners were wonderful to work with!! Would definitely stay again!!
