This frontline golf apartment in Sucina has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people.
The property is located right next to the golf-course. It has views of the golf course and the swimming pool.
This model is the popular end curved wall apartment, lemon groves at the rear with terraces off the bedrooms to catch the sun setting. Over looking the largest pool on the resort with 3 separate sections so never gets too busy. Balcony over looking the par 3 15th hole and the green for the 14th.
Air con and central heating throughout (not just lounge). 15 minute stroll to the club house and shop.
The accommodation is equipped with the following: lift access, garden furniture, terrace, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, TV, DVD.
The kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
The prestigious Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort contains 1864, low-level apartments in 78 blocks, a restaurant, bar, golf shop, and supermarket. The resort covers 1,353.041 m², with a build area of only 5% of the total area, scattered around an 18 hole golf course. An old dovecote has been converted into a café, right on the golf course itself.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18 hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.
