2 Bed Penthouse Apartment with fantastic pool, golf and mountain views. This modern fully equipped penthouse sleeps 6. The living room - with double sofa bed has air conditioning, and is ideal for entertaining. This leads out to the partially enclosed, with glass curtains, fully tiled rear terrace complete with outdoor furniture, the orientation is fantastic to enjoy both the summer and winter sun and overlooks one of the 19 resort communal swimming pools and the golf course. The apartmemt has free fibre internet and international cable tv channels. 2 double bedrooms both with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out onto the front terrace. The main bathroom is fully modernised with a walk in shower vanity unit, basin & mirror, WC and heated towel rail. Just a short walk to the on-site clubhouse/ bar-restaurant, supermarket, tennis courts, driving range and putting green and only a 5-minute drive to the local town of Sucina with lots of amenities and bar/restaurants on offer. 10-minute drive to the lovely beaches of the Mar Menor and a 20-minute drive from Murcia International Airport. Fantastically located to enjoy all the Costa Calida has to offer.



Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18-hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.



The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including restaurant, supermarket, coffee shop, children’s play areas, tennis and padel courts, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.



The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.



Recently a new coffee shop called Sips by Nadine has opened offering an array of cakes and pastries, along with savoury snacks too. You will also be able to enjoy a traditional Spanish breakfast , Tostada with various toppings.
