La Palazzina is a farmhouse in Tuscany with a beautiful swimming pool. The apartments for rent date back to the XVIIth century and have been lovingly restored. La Palazzina is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just 18 km South of Siena.
Our proposal is a dreamy vacation in our small corner of paradise, to enjoy at full the peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside.
We will be pleased to host you at any time throughout the year, in a 18th Century Manor house that has been converted into eight self-contained apartments.

Located on the ground floor of the manor house, the apartment was built in what was originally the deposit of the production of olive oil business, it is proved by the splendid nose dating back to 1700, set in the wall where the room is now located matrimonial. The restored ceilings retain the exposed beams, the antique ceramic floor, typical of the luxury décor of that era.

Note on the tourist tax: The Municipality of Murlo applies a tourist tax of X,XX € per person per night up to a maximum of X nights. Children under 12 and other categories provided for by the municipal regulations are exempt. If you are exempt, please notify us before your arrival, so that we can apply the discount due."

The following are also exempt from paying the tax:
a) all those registered in the registry of residents of the Municipality of Murlo;
b) minors up to the age of 12;
c) those who assist patients in health facilities located in the provincial territory in the amount of
one companion per patient;
d) bus drivers and tourist guides who provide assistance to organizational
groups; the exemption applies to each bus driver and one companion
for every 25 participants;
e) members of the Police Force, Fire Brigade, Armed Forces, Civil Protection who stay overnight during events of particular importance for which
they are called to intervene in our territory for service needs;
f) non-self-sufficient disabled people (with appropriate medical certification) plus one
companion;
g) those who are in stay overnight following measures adopted by public

authorities to deal with emergency situations following calamitous and extraordinary events
or for humanitarian relief purposes;
h) those staying in facilities in the municipal territory for work reasons;
i) those staying overnight in facilities in the municipal territory for study reasons.

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool and a hot tub. The family-friendly apartment also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
