Updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, located right on the Nottley River. Great retreat for families, couples gateway. the home has beautiful scenic River view. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Lots of outdoor space. House is on upper level, guest need to be able to climb stairs.
The entire house is just for the guests, FULL PRIVACY.
Basement is off limits to guests, but no one stays or lives there, is just a basement. Access to the river is permitted solely at the guest’s own risk. The river is a natural, unsupervised area with no lifeguard or safety monitoring. By entering or using the river, guests expressly assume all responsibility and liability for their safety and for any injuries, accidents, damages, or loss that may occur. The host assumes no liability whatsoever. Minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult

Use of the river is at your own risk. owner assume no liability for accidents or injuries. Please use caution. trash should be bagged.
NO PETS allowed due to carpeted bedroom. Service animals are welcome as required by law, keep in mind damage or extra cleaning may incur in a fee.
All trash should be bagged. Garbage company will come every Wednesday to empty the big black bin. lawn company will be at the property twice a month.

Perfect stay for our family fall trip. Comfortable and spacious with very nice touches to add comfort. The backyard was great for evening fires. Highly recommend for a stay in the area.

We loved our stay here! So peaceful and the porch was my favorite place! We enjoyed the view of the river, and the Cherokee Trail marker tree in the yard was so cool! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only complaint- which is no fault of the property owner- is the Wi-Fi is very spotty here . We had to make sure our phones were disconnected in order to stream anything on the tv, and even then had some difficulty. It wasn’t that big of a deal for us since we usually only watch tv when going to sleep at night. We explored the town of Murphy and visited the Fields of the Wood. We also drove to Blue Ridge for the train ride, spent another day in Ellijay, and also drove over to Blairsville. Each town was only about a 30 minute drive from the house. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Gio is an OUTSTANDING Host! Very quick and pleasant responses to any questions we had. Very clean house with all of the basic essentials. Had a great time with friends around the firepit while enjoying the river view. Would not hesitate to reserve again and would definitely recommend this property to anyone. 5 stars!

Beautiful riverfront property! Clean and accommodating. Close proximity to the towns of Murphy, McCaysville and Blue Ridge. Harrah's Murphy Casino, great restaurants and shopping nearby. Short drives to waterfalls, parks, lakes and The Smoky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch overlooking the birds and other wildlife along the lovely Nottely River. Very nice relaxing property.
