Hilltop Poolhouse - Murphy Vacation Rentals

4 Bedrooms. 3 Baths. (1 King, 2 queens, 2 bunk beds, full size sofa bed) Relax around the pool and enjoy stunning, mountaintop views from our newest addition! Enjoy an outback retreat...while being only 4 miles from downtown Murphys (one mile of gravel road). This amazing home was completely renovated by its new owner and has been professionally decorated. The interior has unique, thoughtful art pieces throughout.
THE POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE May 1st through October 31st. $50 per day/2 night minimum. It will be between 80-85 degrees. It is not "hot tub warm." POOL IS NOT HEATED NOV-APRIL.

Pets are allowed for an additional $20 per pet, per day.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will have a pet or are requesting the pool to be heated.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Ironstone Amphitheatre. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! After a cabin cancellation at higher elevations due to a winter snowstorm this house was a wonderful alternative. The hosts were very gracious and allowed us to come on the same day of reservation. The house was very clean and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 8. The long table in the eating area was great for family games and the wood burning stove kept us very warm. Our small dog and boys enjoyed the property. The views and sunset were also amazing from the back deck and pool area!

The house was clean and had everything we needed (except a can opener). The location is amazing and the backyard views are stunning. We used the paper roll for Pictionary. We BBQed, swam, want to a concert at Ironstone, laughed and cried and caught up on life. It was a wonderful place to reunite, thank you.

This was perfect for a weekend getaway. It's spacious, cute, and it had everything we needed from pans to towels to even tea. I think the only downside is that the mattress (other than the one in the master bedroom) were really stiff and gave some of my friends back aches but other than that I have absolutely zero complaints

Awesome spot for multi family getaway

This property was beautiful, well equipped and close to town but also secluded. The pool is amazing and the other amenities were great. Great place for kids/ multi generations. Our kids loved the bunk room, and all the fun kid stuff there. We will definitely come back!

Gorgeous sunsets and plenty of space

The pictures don’t do it justice—the house is nicely decorated and has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy inside and out. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Easy check in and checkout. The pool was deep enough for diving with easy to enter and exit with wide steps. Plenty of lounging and outside seating. Outside dining area too. The kitchen has all you need to create great meals. The grocery store is only 10 minutes away in Angel’s Camp or in Murphy’s. Plus Murphy’s has amazing wineries and restaurants—great place to visit and enjoy your day. Be prepared to drive carefully on a gravel roads to get to the house. This is a 10 MPH privately maintained road. But you don’t get views like this downtown! Well worth the trip. All four teenagers enjoyed the bunkhouse room and having their own space with an Apple TV and futons for lounging. The master bedroom is a suite with access to the back porch. No worries about power outages either: the entire house is on a back up generator! My family and friends would love to vacation here again.

70th birthday

We came here to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday, and it was a great success, it was a little out of the way for some. One brother and his wife actually never made it because they got lost! The house is great has everything you need and then some we will be back.
