The Space:

This ocean view penthouse (top floor) is just across the street from the beach! The decor is peaceful and relaxing so you will feel like you are on vacation as soon as you arrive. The unit has everything you need to feel safe and right at home including a Ring Video Doorbell, SmartThings security, 3 smart TVs, Nest thermostat, a fully equipped kitchen, free parking for 1 vehicle, a pool (closed during "off season") and more!



We have 1 king bed in the loft (this is considered one of the bedrooms), 1 queen bed, (this is in the downstairs bedroom with closing door), 1 queen sofa bed, 1 foldout ottoman twin cot located in the unit so it can sleep 7 people. It also has lots of storage space upstairs in the loft. It’s a quiet neighborhood and you can hear (and see) the ocean from the balcony.



Guest Access:

While staying at our condo, you will have full access to the property. This includes a parking spot, community courtyard picnic tables, beach access, and the entire condo. We also have an elevator in the building for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

This is the best part of Myrtle Beach! It’s so convenient to everything but the actual area is a lot less busy than Myrtle Beach. It’s a cute neighborhood with lots of beach houses and no hotels within a mile or so. The ocean is just about 200 steps away so know you it’s an amazing location. There are amazing restaurants and coffee shops very close by. Murrells Inlet is famous for lots of its restaurants. I can give you recommendations upon request or there are a whole list of menus in the condo.



You are about 3 minutes for a Krispy Kreme Donuts, grocery store, Walmart. Within about 5 minutes, you can be at some good shopping.



The airport is about a drive 15 minutes away and so is Market Commons.



Getting Around:

I would recommend a car, bike, or Uber.



You can walk to the Conch Grill and, of course, the ocean!



Other Things to Note:

We have a washer and dryer, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, so no need to bring extra stuff from home! We provide starter supplies like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo to get you through the first night. We also have a guest book in the condo with information about the area.



We use AirBnB’s “strict” cancellation policy and recommend purchasing separate traveler’s insurance to prevent cancellation costs. Please refer to AirBnB's website for details on cancellation policies and extenuating circumstances. Predictable natural disasters such as hurricanes are not covered under extenuating circumstances.



HOA requires pest control visits 4th Wednesday of each month (inside and outside)



Interaction with Guests:

We are always just a phone call or text away. We are not often in the area and may not be able to meet you in person, but we would love to talk to you or answer any questions as you may have them. You can reach us at our phone numbers in the guest manual, through the Alexa in the condo, or through the Ring doorbell at the main entrance.

This condo offers its guests a water park and an outdoor pool. This condo also features concierge services, laundry facilities, and an elevator.

This Garden City condo is smoke free.
