Overall, the place is okay. The host was responsive prior to reservation. I was concerned when we first arrived. The porch door was broken. Once I spoke with the owner, she indicated that the repair person didn’t have a chance to fix it. It was 54 degrees INSIDE the condo. It took three hours for the condo to warm up to 65. The rugs in the master bath were dirty, the towels were pretty threadbare…I would recommend bringing your own. We discovered quickly that the cable didn’t work, but we were too tired to try any further and went to bed. After two days of trying to log into our own Netflix/Hulu accounts, we notified the owner because her smart TV wouldn’t allow any sort of use. She said that there was a new cable box in the Master and we could install it! We cannot, as she needs to log in and set it up under her name. We were surprised we were required to wash & dry all of the towels prior to departure. Most locations just ask you to gather them by the washer with the sheets. Overall, we weren’t pleased with the service…the place was fine for the location/money, but we won’t be staying again.
