Come On In (Downstairs) - Second Row in Garden City Beach

A second row Garden City Beach vacation rental for family and friends! Come on Down is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, lower-level unit just 3 blocks south of the pier and 250 feet to public beach access. There's sleeping accommodations for 12 and a heated pool. This home is small dog friendly. The owners occupy the top level; you will not share with other renters.

Lower level. WIFI and cable TV. The 15' x 25' semi-private pool is heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1, if air temp is not below 55F. Enclosed outside shower (great for changing if you arrive early and want to enjoy the pool or beach). Front and back covered porches. Approximate square footage 1400. New flooring throughout in 2023, and updated furnishings. Ceiling fans in all rooms, high chair and booster seat. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker and Keurig.

Parking for 4 to five vehicles. Gas Weber grill, and outdoor seating in the covered carport which is great for rainy day cornhole, chalk art, etc.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Garden City Beach. A private pool and 3 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.
