Four flat-screen TVs (cable), two DVD players, one BluRay player are also provided. Sleeping accommodation include one king and one queen-sized bed, plus one twin-over-king bunk bed set. Complex amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor grill, use of the Inlet Pointe boat dock (no overnight docking), and handicapped accessible elevator. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
