Duneside I 104 guests will enjoy first floor ocean view accommodations. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, accommodating 10 with 2 King beds, 2 sets of single bunk beds and a futon. Prepare your meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, watch your favorite programs on any of 5 TVS, and enjoy the sites, sounds and scents of the ocean from your private balcony. There's a washer/dryer in the unit. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Duneside I is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. Take in a sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee from the convenience of your private balcony. While there is no pool at this complex, you do have year-round access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the sandy beaches of Garden City. Take a leisurely stroll down the beach or hop in the car for quick drive and head to the pier where the whole family is sure to find something they enjoy. The pier offers a variety of activities whether it is playing in the arcade, listening to live music during the summer, singing karaoke, or grabbing a bite from The Café Deck, to pier fishing, or taking in the beautiful scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is no elevator at Duneside I. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
