A three bedroom, two and half bath single family home has access to the community pool. Sleeping 8 with 1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles and a sofabed. Storage room with beach chairs, wagon and beach games. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Walk to all of Garden City Beach s attractions: the pier, arcade, amusements, sundries and more!

Property was clean and nice, we enjoyed the set up and location. We come every year 2 or 3 times we will definitely use Dunes for future rental.

Wouldn't rent again

Not on the clean side, don't expect an early check even though they tell you "It should not be a problem!" Don't waste money on linens if you can bring your own. Not only did I clean, upon checkout you are required to strip beds, gather towels and place them in bins by the front door, take out trash and run dishwasher if required. Sheets were fine until you stripped beds and see the disgusting pillows! Luckily I brought my own. Bathroom rugs, filthy! I washed them myself...except the powder room left that one as dirty as it was. Didn't use that bathroom. Friend washed the comforter, due to questionable stains. Why charge renters a cleaning fee if we do all the work? The only positive is the location, it was perfect.

Great location and convenience to local attractions.

Property was very great! So nice that it was in the beach block. Beds could have been more comfortable.
