Ocean Blue is perfectly situated in the second row Garden City Retreat complex. This raised beach home is steps away from the community pool (open year round from 9am to 8pm), and a short 1 minute stroll to the beach! Inside you will find a tastefully decorated interior, that will accommodate 8 guests. The open main level is perfect for entertaining. A large sectional couch provides a great landing spot after a long day playing in the surf. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, on the top level. Here you will also find 2 full bathrooms and the laundry room.
For families who don't want to leave their four-legged family members behind, Ocean Blue is a small dog friendly property! For more specifics, please reference our Pet Policy under our Rental Policies, Terms and Conditions. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Second row complex of 13 homes with community pool. Cleanliness
The floors were filthy with sand upon arriving. The bathtub had long black hairs left from previous tenants. The silverware was not clean but put away in drawers as if it was clean. No umbrellas available and only one table at the pool area. This was an expensive stay for the above conditions.

Perfect for a family of 4 with two young kids. Close to the beach but also pretty quiet. Great access to a quiet pool.

Great Home
We really enjoyed our stay. It was super close to the beach, and there was plenty to do, but much quieter than Myrtle Beach. The Dunes company was nice to work with, they were very helpful.
The house is on stilts so you can feel is sway randomly in certain parts of the house. So if you have a sensory kiddos just something to keep in mind.
