This home was built primarily as a residence and offers a couple of unique features that you'll most likely not find in other properties. No need to buy bottled water as this home has a water filtration system. Protected exterior sitting areas keep you blocked from the wind and rain! 5 of the 6 bedrooms have outside entrances so you can come and go without disturbing others. Approximate square footage 3300. 2 living areas, spacious decking, oversized private ocean front pool (salt water chlorinated, can be heated for $300 extra per week during 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F), small dog friendly, and the list goes on of reasons why SeaBatical is your vacation home go-to for all things fun and relaxing!
