Welcome to Seven Palms located in the beautiful town of Garden City Beach! This lovely custom built raised Beach home, with Ocean views is just steps away from the sand and the surf of the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean! Outstanding grounds adorned with Palm trees that surround a Heated, cooled and lighted 26'x13' Inground pool on a very large 60'x168' privacy fenced lot. This vacation rental has been loved and cared for by many returning guest that truly feel that "Seven Palms" (see below) What separates my house from your average Beach Rental is that it feels like a "Home". With its unique vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, elevator, fenced in yard, and extra large pool all within a 20 second walk to the ocean and over a 150 PGA style golf courses. This pure luxury home is for long weekend getaways, week long vacation or just tired of the cold winters and need to stay for a month. I have just been awarded a Certificate of Excellence for having a Premier Property. I look forward to hosting you on your next adventure. It is our pleasure to accommodate your every need. SUITABLE FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS OR CORPORATE EVENTS. Resident Golf discounts as well as heated pool. Many fine restaurants, miniature golf, 18 hole pro courses, water parks, fishing charters and beautiful clean beaches with warm water from April thru October. My home is your home. My goal is to exceed the travelers expectations and hope to host you in the future travels. I always make my guest safety a priority therefore I have all linens, towels, etc sent out to be professionally laundered. There is a minor fee associated with this to cover the expense. I will be happy to explain further when we communicate. us so The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. At night all you hear is the pounding of the surf. The upper deck is completely private and great for cocktails. Golf carts are the best mood of transportation or you can rent scooters. The Garden City Pier is .7 tenths of a mile walking distance. I want to ensure you that every effort has been made to make your trip a success. Many of my guest are working remotely sort of a Flexcation. I provide for you a work station that is private with a landline to answer those all important emails to stay connected with work.

Great Week at Seven Palms

We loved our stay here! The house was very nice. Location is great, really enjoyed the pool and having the beach so close. Layout of the house worked great for us with teenagers downstairs and adults upstairs. Wayne is probably the best host we've worked with, ensuring we had all info needed and was very responsive to questions via text.

If you want the plethora of activity available in Myrtle Beach, but a small town feel, this is the perfect house! We had ample space to spread out. The pool was the most used amentity and lots of yard space for Cornhole. Will definitely be back!

Location, location, location!

Seven Palms was a perfect choice. Roomy and easy access to the beach. Having a nice pool added to the experience. Also plenty of parking around the property. We rented golf carts also! Wayne, the owner, is extremely responsive to our needs.

Property was ideal for 50 person wedding ceremony and reception in backyard. Parking area great for food truck! House was perfect for wedding party. Master bedroom has adjoining sitting room with queen size bed, making the 6th bedroom. Nice size pool and close to beach. Wayne super accommodating and communicative.
