Rules
Dunes Realty rents to families only & does NOT allow house parties or groups, including but not limited to fraternity, sorority, students and others.
During certain weeks of the year, esp. Spring Break and the first weeks of June, a list of each guest who will be occupying the property is required.
Your reservation cannot be ultimately confirmed until we have received, reviewed and approved a completed copy of this list.
