This unit includes a private oceanfront balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen-sized beds, plus a twin-over-queen bunk bed set with twin trundle. Complex amenities include two oceanfront swimming pools, sundeck, hot tub, covered parking with clearance ranging from 6'-7.3', interior elevator system, and outdoor shower. Limit two parking and pool gate access passes at check-in. No trailers or golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 8

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
