Tupelo Bay Villa 3 Bedroom. 2 Bath. Sleeps 6. 1 King in master, 1 Queen in second bedroom and 2 Twins in third bedroom. Fully furnished and fully equipped with side by side washer/dryer, ice maker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, regular 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig, toaster and electric can opener. Dining room table can seats 6. Four bar stools at the kitchen counter. Master bedroom has king size bed. The bed lights up underneath when you get up so you can see in the dark. Master bedroom also a private master bathroom. Master bathroom has two sinks and large shower. Second bedroom has queen bed with large closet. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and also has a large closet. Each bedroom has it's own television. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Iron and ironing board are available for renters to use as well. Unit has screened in patio with furniture overlooking fountain. Unit has 4 flat screen TV's. No pets and no smoking in condo. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.
