It said the spas are open 24 hours but they’re really not if you’re an early bird and you’d like to go to the sauna and the steam room at 6 AM well it doesn’t open until 10 AM plus the sun was under construction. For the price that you pay to go to resort, it was not easy access to the different pools

It always surprises me to see a hot springs resort in the middle of a city but what a sight to see! The resort is well laid out and offers so many different tubs and pools to choose from that you often feel like you have the place to yourself.

The pools were really relaxing. I enjoyed the clay cove and concrete hot soaking tubs. We enjoyed soaking in the morning and did water yoga in the Roman bath. We also soaked under the stars. The sauna is beautiful. Many opportunities to relax.

We had a queen room in the lakeside lodge, and it was amazing! The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet. We didn't have to use the ear plugs at all. The staff was always helpful but it was sometimes difficult to reach anyone at the front desk. This was frustrating when we wanted towels but we ended up just getting our steps in and walked to the lobby. I'm happy that we stayed so that we could use the guest inclusive tubs. It was great being able to relax without a crowd and relax into the night. We love the coffee shop and were sad that the restaurant was closed on the days we were there. We are already planning our next midweek trip and will make sure to be there on a Wednesday. I love the resort and I'm suggesting it to all of my friends. Easy to get to and I'm thankful we have something like this in SoCal.

The room type that I booked was not available. Staff lacked in communication regarding when guests room is ready and of any changes to reservations. No follow up. Soaking tubs were not filled properly and flowing and temperatures were warm to cold for guests staying overnight .
