The Space:

Every room in this warm, well-loved home is curated for connection and relaxation. Bright interiors and stylish decor invite you to unwind, whether you're gathering for dinner, lounging poolside, or resting after a day of wine tasting.



Indoor Living

* Layout: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an upstairs loft, and a dedicated laundry room.

* Kitchen: A fully equipped, chef-friendly kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner range, dual ovens, dishwasher, and a large fridge. You'll also find a drip coffee maker, Keurig, hot pot, griddle, mixer, and blenders.

* Dining: Enjoy meals in the dining room with seating for 6–7, or have a casual bite in the cozy breakfast nook for 4 that overlooks the backyard. A high chair is available.

* Living Room: Unwind on the inviting sectional sofa with warm lighting and sliding-door views of the pool and grill area. Board games, books, and kid-friendly toys are included for your enjoyment.

* Upstairs Loft: A comfortable second living space with wood floors, a TV with streaming setup, and soft natural light.



Bedrooms & Baths

* Primary Suite: Features a king bed, dedicated workspace, and an en-suite bathroom with a dual-head shower and double vanity.

* Guest Bedrooms: Two separate bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen bed, soft lighting, and a full closet.

* Kids' Room: A fun space with a twin bunk bed, lounge seating, and toys. A Pack 'n Play is available on request.

* Guest Bathroom**: A full bath with a tub/shower combo, stocked with toiletries and extra linens.



Your Private Backyard Oasis

Step outside into a lush, private resort experience. Your backyard features a sparkling freeform pool and an attached in-ground hot tub, surrounded by resort-style loungers and illuminated by charming string lights for perfect golden-hour gatherings. Enjoy the shaded BBQ terrace for alfresco dining or simply relax and watch the hummingbirds in the garden.



Spa Use:

Hot Tub heating can be initiated for 1-hour increments and is included in your rental.

Optional pool heating is an additional $75 per night, and is all-or-nothing. (i.e., a 2-night stay is $150).

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and backyard throughout their stay. This includes all four bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and the private pool and spa area. Entry is via a secure keyless system.

Other Things to Note:

* Pool & Spa: Use of the in-ground hot tub is included with your rental and can be heated in 1-hour increments. Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75 per night (must be for the entire stay). Please provide advance notice if you would like the pool heated.

* Pets: We are happy to welcome your well-behaved pets. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay applies.

* Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.
