Driftwood Ranch is a special place of connection, relaxation and once-in-a-lifetime memories for families, loved ones, and friends.

This newly built modern coastal California farmhouse opens into a grand family room with fireplace and TV and a custom chef's kitchen complete with two sinks (primary and supplementary), reverse osmosis and hot water taps for wellness and culinary pursuits and a large farmhouse table with views of the centuries old Engelmann Oak trees in the meadow.

Expansive sliding glass doors in each room facing the outdoors highlight the beautiful chaparral of Southern California as center stage, while showcasing the expansive outdoor kitchen complete with grill, pancake griddle, outdoor fridge and farmhouse table, salt water pool and jacuzzi and fire pit and corn hole games. The property also has an organic winter and summer vegetable/fruit garden, fledgeling stone fruit and citrus trees and heritage breed chickens who lay fresh organic eggs daily.

Within the coastal California farmhouse, the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom includes a large tub and walk in shower and two accompanying bedrooms and shared bathroom which are located on one end of the home. On the other end of the home, a guest suite complete with small living room, ensuite bathroom and closets overlook the back yard, pool and the beautiful oak trees and chaparral. The farmhouse was built with a focus on connection and blending indoor living with the breathtaking outdoors and this design focus is evident throughout the home and property.

Hiking trails on the 10-acre property offer easy access to the beauty of nature surrounding Driftwood Ranch.
