King Bed Temecula Getaway! Amazing Pool & Theatre

This spacious and beautifully upgraded vacation home invites you to visit Temecula Wine Country in style with most local wineries located less than 10 minutes away. Over 2,600 sq/ft with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, loft, swimming pool, spa, bbq area, pool table, cornhole, movie theater, and a smart tv for every room.

Inside, you’ll find a movie theatre, new contemporary furnishings, and fun touches including a pool table to keep the group entertained. The living room has a large comfortable sectional couch which you can rearrange as you please to view the 150` projection screen equipped with an apple tv.

The Chef`s kitchen has beautiful white cabinets, an oversized island, with bar-stool seating, granite countertops, an oversized pantry and recessed lighting which opens to an extensive family room with a fireplace, pool table, and a 75” smart tv. Head out to the backyard oasis with a sparkling pool and spa, built-in barbecue station, cornhole, and a circular day bed to soak in the rays.

On the upper level you will be impressed with the large primary suite and a jacuzzi bathtub to unwind at the end of the day. The upstairs also features a loft with a day bed, perfect for movie or game night and three spacious bedrooms each with their own wall-mounted 55” smart tv.

Please note Jacuzzi and pool use is only for day use. There is penalty for pool/jacuzzi use after 9PM. There are cameras situated in the back yard and front yard for safety purposes. There is also a loud noise detection device (does not record but will alert if above 80 dB) in the kitchen area. This is to deter any loud parties.

Touring local wineries, enjoying a night out at the bars and restaurants in Old Town Temecula, and playing a round of golf are classic ways to experience the area.

Using a car is the easiest way to get around to places.

2 car garage with additional parking in the driveway and plenty of street parking. Ring Camera front door for safety and security camera for the pool area. There is no charge to use the jacuzzi/spa. Pool can be heated for additional cost of $200/day. Please inquire if interested.

*** Keep noise level down after 9pm, No use of the jacuzzi or pool after 9pm. Keep all noise indoors after 9PM. There will be a $1500 fee added on if violated. Please be aware of that, thank you!

Upon booking our home, we require guests to submit booking requirements such as:
Rental Agreement
ID
Selfie
and the card use has to match the person the books.

If the requirements aren`t we will not proceed with check-in and refund will be done according to the cancellation policy.
# General House Rule:
~ Check in is NO earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is NO later than 11:00 AM.
~ Check in and check out time may change depending on the host`s verbal or written approval.
~ Do not unplug our smart devices such as; cameras, noise devices, wifi devices etc.
~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it.
~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.
~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly.
~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses.

# Booking Requirements:
~ To ensure a great stay for you, we’ll send a few quick questions to the primary guest (the person who booked). This helps us make sure your plans align with our neighborhood and city guidelines.
~ To ensure everyone`s safety and a smooth stay, the primary guest (the person who booked) will need to sign a waiver confirming responsibility and acknowledging important safety guidelines for using the water amenity. This waiver will be sent out after the booking is confirmed. If the primary guest prefers not to assume responsibility for the entire group, each guest will need to sign a separate waiver individually.
~ To ensure a smooth check-in, this requirement must be completed before your arrival. If you’re uncomfortable with it and decide to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. We appreciate your understanding!

# Things to note:
~ Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us.

# HVAC rules:
~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.

# Pet Rules
~ Pets are not allowed.
~ Service animals or Emotional support animals are allowed but must be disclosed prior to your check-in.

# Pool/Spa Rules
~ No use of the amenity after 9pm as it creates noise during night time. We are avoiding any possible neighbor complaints as much as possible!
~ Not Pet/Service Animal/ESA swimming in the pool.
~ Guests are absolutely not allowed to touch the controls unless authorized.
~ Pool Heat/Jacuzzi turns itself off and on during quiet hours.
~ Kindly place the pool vacuum back in the pool when it`s not in use. This helps keep everything running smoothly, as guests may be responsible for repairs if the pump is affected.

# BBQ Grill Rules
~ Upon confirming this booking, the primary guest agrees to sign a waiver wherein rules in using the BBQ are explained.
~ Guests are required to clean the BBQ after use otherwise, a $150 grill cleaning fee will be charged.
