Located in the heart of an area of ​​5 hectares, the Clos La Richaudière includes 5 villas can accommodate 2-8 people.
Quietly, in a leafy and flowery nature, our property is an old farmhouse 18th century renovated upscale.

The villa Willow, the first floor is a former granary of the 18th century farm, in operation until 2004, is designed to accommodate 6 people in total. It is separated from the Oak Villa with a large atrium offering plenty of light to the entrance hall housed.

This villa of 103 m2 has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / showers, 3 toilets and a large living area, open to the living room; all is very comfortably furnished. The secure WiFi access in the villa is free. The interior of the villa Willow is thought to make you feel at home.

The ground floor
The beams are oak. The living room has a large stone fireplace, 2 sofas and 1 leather armchair. Satellite TV and DVD / CD player are installed. The dining area is comfortably furnished with a large table and 6 leather chairs.
A large worktop / bar separates the dining room from the kitchen; 4 high stools allow to sit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer. Many closets home crockery and kitchen utensils and provide storage.
There is also the ground floor WC and direct access to the outdoor terrace.

Upstairs
The upper part has a bedroom with a "king size" bed and en suite shower room with shower, sink and toilet. The other bedrooms, one with a "king size" bed and the other with twin beds share a main bathroom with bath and shower over sink. All rooms have a beautiful view of the property. A separate toilet is also available upstairs.

Outside
There is a large private terrace with garden furniture, Weber BBQ and sunbathing.

Shared facilities
Heated indoor pool (April to October), with a large terrace with sun loungers. Outdoor games, petanque, turn-ball, table tennis, badminton, football area and games for children. Indoor games room with pool table, table football, fitness equipment and library (books and DVDs). Facilities: a laundry room with 2 washing machines, ironing board and iron.

Other equipment
The linen (sheets and towels) is provided. Each villa is equipped with a hairdryer. Towels (pool) can be supplied at a price of 6 euros per towel. You have access to a free DVD library with caution. On request you can have high chairs and cots children. We will be happy to offer you a welcome basket upon arrival.

According to law, all villas and shared spaces (including the pool) are "NO SMOKING". For the well being of all, smoking areas are furnished; We provide you with ashtrays to respect the environment.
The property hosts NO PETS.

This cottage offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
