This is one of the worst stays I have had at a 4 star hotel. The room itself was fine and spacious. But the issue was unbelievably loud noise until 3am. There was a function in the hotel we were not aware of. The sound was so loud even our beds were vibrating. Raised with management and we got earplugs which did nothing.
