This is one of the worst stays I have had at a 4 star hotel. The room itself was fine and spacious. But the issue was unbelievably loud noise until 3am. There was a function in the hotel we were not aware of. The sound was so loud even our beds were vibrating. Raised with management and we got earplugs which did nothing. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aloft Hotel Muscat. From arrival, the hotel impressed us with its welcoming atmosphere, spotless cleanliness, and beautiful fragrance. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The lobby and entrance areas are inviting, with books, a pool table, and foosball. The pool area features fun décor, tables with built-in chess boards, and a variety of games. Facilities like the sauna, jacuzzi, and gym made it easy to relax and stay active. Ample car parking made arrivals and departures very convenient. We opted for half board and were delighted with the food. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious omelettes by Chef Rahul and delightful pastries and cakes by Chef Nabil, which made both breakfast and dinner even more enjoyable. The hotel’s central location is convenient for touring Muscat. While the surrounding area is still developing, it promises to become more vibrant over time. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Led by their captain Ali, every team member went above and beyond. Special thanks to Rahma, Leira, Molka, Ganesh, Puspendu, Tobi, Abutalib, Adesh – and the hardworking housekeeping staff, who kept our room immaculate. I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone, as every member of the team was outstanding. Aloft Muscat exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Muscat!

Overall happy with this hotel, very nice and clean. Staff were also friendly. Only thing I would say is, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so you will need a car if you book, which we did and the parking was secure.
