I had an excellent experience at the Mövenpick Hotel Muscat. The hospitality was top-notch — every staff member was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — I had some of the best sleep of my trip! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Clean, modern hotel with beautiful pool overlooking the city and a great fitness facility. Rooms are spacious, bright and very comfortable. Only complaint is that In Room Dining experience was frustrating: first not able to get ahold of anyone, then having an order modified without them checking.

Lacking basic amenities

Brand new hotel, spacious, clean but lacking some basic amenities. You can't access any steaming service or mirror device to TV which is very surprising for a new hotel/TV. Also surprising is lack of towels, you get two bath towels and no other for drying hands etc.
