The taxi driver booked through the hotel made an error in where I wanted to go and charged me for two journeys . I Complained at the front desk and the staff were very helpful. They looked into it and I was refunded the excess money I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable room nice rooftop pool area. Very helpful staff

Huge privacy issue: staff went into my room without authorization, and the manager Yaman dismissed it instead of addressing it with a bad attitude. Really unprofessional. Reported the Wi-Fi problem multiple times and no one followed up. Only Hassan at the front desk was trying to help in every way he can.

Great location, great room and even better staff! The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of the Oman Avenues Mall. The room was very clean and they offer complementary water bottle and tea.
