Two sofa beds allow the apartment to sleep up to six guests total (4 comfortably, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). Located in the heart of downtown Muskegon, it’s just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, entertainment, and the popular Muskegon Farmers Market.

The rooftop deck offers all Leonard guests an additional space to relax and unwind, featuring comfortable outdoor seating, grills, and stunning views of downtown Muskegon and Lake Michigan. Additional amenities include high-efficiency natural gas heat, central air conditioning, a gas stove/oven, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and a K-cup coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, sugar, and cream. Free gigabit internet and Roku streaming TVs in both the bedroom and living room provide modern convenience, while above-ground parking behind the building adds extra ease. We really enjoyed our stay! Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the Muskegon Farmer’s Market. We also recommend the coffee shop on the main level…great coffee and sandwiches.

NOT ADA Compliant!

The apartment was beautiful. It was NOT ADA Compliant. The bathroom did NOT have any bars for the toilet. Making the toilet unusable. Which was a tremendous burden and extremely dangerous. The shower chair was great but did NOT have a hand held shower head. I could not find a handicap parking spot/access anywhere in the lot. The parking in the rear only had stairs or push all around the building to the front. No handicap access in the front either. Please make the necessary changes or update your profile. If you have any questions please feel free to call/email me. Unless you are handicap you may not be aware of these needs which are of the upmost importance for safety.

Great location, great property

We will come back in the future. Would suggest adding instructions for tv, coffee maker and washer/dryer and elevator. ( elevator requires code entry from keypad before selecting floor) Also would suggest parking in front of building when moving in and out for easier elevator access.

Great stay

This was a beautiful apartment in downtown Muskegon. Walking distance to many downtown restaurants and businesses. The hosts were very helpful and only a phone call away for any questions or needs.
