Additional features: central air conditioning, stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, k-cup coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Free Internet is included with a Smart Streaming TV in one of the bedrooms and in the living room. Parking: there is free street parking near the building. There are only two flats in this building, this is the upper-level flat and it does require going up approximately 9 steps.
