Chalet Spruce cottage is ideally located on Lake Rosseau close to all the hotspots!! 2 km drive from Minett and Cleveland's House, 5 km from Port Sandfield, and 12 km from Port Carling.

PROPERTY
CHALET SPRUCE cottage has it all! Lovely fresh family cottage with large wraparound deck with large dining style picnic table and 4 Muskoka chairs overlooking the lake. Level grassy land right to the waterfront is great for kids and the elderly alike. Beach area and 5' deep off the end of the dock, plus a firepit.

INTERIOR
Ranch style cottage where from the driveway, you walk into the main level which has a light and bright functional kitchen with 3 bar stools which steps down into the great room with wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV and dining table for 8. The main level includes 3 bedrooms including Primary bedroom with TV and ensuite and bathroom with a shower in the mudroom area.
The lower level also has a sitting area with TV and 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed and twin bed. The lower level has a full bathroom and an extra fridge. From the lower entertainment room, you walk out to the lakefront.

A lovely cottage at a gorgeous, quiet property, full of nostalgia from when we stayed there as kids. Lake Rosseau is as charming as ever, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Chalet Spruce is nearly perfect to host two families with kids. The only detractor is the lack of a queen bed for a second adult couple. There is plenty of space to share, and it was immaculately clean and comfortable with ample kitchen supplies. The canoe and kayak were great bonuses. Jayne's staff were very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.
