A lovely sandy beach at the back and another sandy beach at the front. + 2 docks at the front and a boat port at the back. Lots of toys for the kids. All day sun morning AND evening. A great way to reacquaint yourself with your friends who you haven’t seen for a long time.

Nestled on the North end of Tobin Island on Lake Rosseau, Tobin on the Rocks provides the ultimate island getaway for the entire family! A short 5 minute boat ride from Windemere and Parker's Marina will bring you to the cove of Marys Bay, where you will disembark onto a picture perfect sandy beach! The property sprawls out over to the other side of the island, overlooking Johns Bay and North Bohemia Island.

TOBIN ON THE ROCKS - Upon arriving in Marys Bay, guests are greeted by a picturesque sandy beach with an umbrella and chairs. To the left, a rope swing hangs from a large branch, inviting you to take the view while your toes dangle in the water. Breathtaking panoramic views of the large rocks and many islands along the horizon will leave you speechless! Along a birch lined pathway throughout the sprawling backyard from the main cottage to the guesthouse and back over to the bunkie. An abundance of seating options provide places to sit and enjoy the view - including loungers, Muskoka chairs, a swinging bench, hammock and lawn chairs.
