TIMBERLAND
AREA
Nestled on Dark Bay, a small very quiet bay that feeds into Lake Muskoka. Dark Bay is a no-wake zone, perfect for non-motorized activities. Located in Torrance - only 15 minutes to Bala or 20 minutes to Gravenhurst. Blending the best of indoor and outdoor living, this cottage provides plenty of space and privacy with equal parts fun and relaxation. With features including an outdoor ping pong table plus additional indoor and outdoor dining and lounging spaces, this cottage won't disappoint!

PROPERTY
TIMBERLAND offers an abundance of privacy in quiet Dark Bay, perfect for a day on the water paddling or fishing! Flagstone steps and pathways adorn the property, creating a natural flow between sitting areas, and outdoor entertainment, on the waterfront. Lush gardens and just the right amount of coverage create a beautiful canopy, providing a little shade and excellent privacy. Sunbathers will find a home away from home just beyond the waters edge, on one of two dock areas. Four chaise loungers beneath an umbrella invite you to lounge in the sun! Connecting the cottage and boathouse, a walking bridge gives the property a feeling of being connected to land and water.

MAIN LEVEL
KITCHEN
This warm eat-in kitchen features 4 bar stools on the two-tiered island. Also featured is a double built-in oven/microwave, stovetop and a large stainless steel fridge/freezer. Wooden finishes accent the room perfectly!
DINING ROOM
An open concept space beneath the same cathedral ceilings of the Great Room, featuring a gorgeous dining table with seating for 12.
GREAT ROOM
Cozy seating, natural light and the spirit of Muskoka living is embodied by the grand stone fireplace that scales the main wall of the room. A flatscreen TV is also features. Just below the quaint loft a pool table with 4 bar stools and 2 swivel chairs can be found.
UPPER LEVEL
The warmth and comfort of the main level is not lost on the upper areas of the cottage. Guests staying in the main cottage will find 3 bedrooms as well as a 4 piece bathroom with bath and shower combo.
BOATHOUSE
When you make the short walk from the main cottage, across the wooden pedestrian bridge to the boathouse you will find a bar seating five, a bar fridge and water toys including an aqua lily pad
For extra seating, or a change of pace there are also hammocks and a comfortable lounging area at the boathouse.
BUNKIE
Guests staying "beyond the bridge" in the bunkie/guest house will find a Kitchenette with Thermador gas burner and grill, a Keurig coffee machine, microwave and toaster. Also found in this quaint living space is a cozy sitting area and two bedrooms with sleeping for 4.
BOATHOUSE
Fantastic bar area featuring a drive thru style window, fridge/freezer and bar seating for 5! Also featured is a wicker sofa and matching chair + coffee table.
