Only a quick 10 minute drive to Port Carling for dining, shopping and 25 minutes to Parry Sound. Nestled in a quiet bay, you'll be sure to feel the tranquil history that was coined a Mill only 50 years ago!

PROPERTY
Only a minute drive from Lake Joseph Road, our guests will find themselves entering an enchanting property that offers tranquility, peace and privacy. A well manicured lawn and putting green greet you as you make your way down from the driveway to the main cottage.

As you pass the manicured gardens you will reach the deck of the cottage where views of Lake Joe are like a dream! The charming kids cottage, lawn and putting green are nestled behind which offer a much appreciated shade during those long summer days.

From the cottage to the boathouse, granite steps lead you to the wrap around deck of the Boathouse. Here you can choose to go to the lakeside loft boathouse where a 6 person hot tub awaits or you can continue to the lower boathouse you will find one interior boat slip and 1 exterior boat slip for your motorized watercraft. Inside there is a lakeside bar with mini fridge, flat screen TV, and water toys for everyone to enjoy.
To end the day, relish the star lit night with a true Muskokan experience with a roasted s'more by the campfire at the water front.

MAIN COTTAGE features a large deck with Napoleon BBQ, umbrella, outdoor seating. Open concept with hardwood floors. Kitchen has beverage fridge, full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Dining table for 8. Living area offers a Flat Screen Smart TV and a walk out to deck.

We had a great time at this beautiful cottage! Everything was extremely clean, our host was very responsive to any issues we had (clogged shower drain, broken ladder, nothing crazy). We had the best time and would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone!

NO AIR-CONDITIONINGThe BBQ was filthy when we arrived.Railing on main deck was broken and excessive paint peeling,There was a large extension ladder stored on the deck of the main cottage.Door to the deck from the main cottage was severely out of alignment and extremely adjures to close. The door handle fell off and needed a handyman to come and install the handle.Paint peeling on the inside of most windows.Exposed nails sticking out of the wooden ladder at the dock going into the lake.Missing step on the same ladder making it impossible to get out of the water.We were extremely disappointed with this cottage and the price is not acceptable.
