LICENSED TO CHILL- This charming cottage was previously 2 self-contained units however with some renovating, it is now the perfect spot for a small multi-generational family! Enjoy the upper level with a Muskoka Room which is is tastefully decorated, with wicker furniture and views from large windows. The deck is easily accessible to a spacious deck via a sliding glass door. With a couple new Muskoka Chairs and outdoor table, chairs for 6 and umbrella. Also on the other side of the Muskoka Room is a walk out to a small private deck. On the upper level, there is a spacious living room with comfortable chairs and TV along with a King sized bedroom with three piece ensuite. The kitchen comprises of stove top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast table for 4. The lower level has also a brand new kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and full sized fridge. There is a large sectional sofa, fireplace and another flat screen TV. Here you will find a queen and a double, along with the Family Bedroom which has a twin bunk bed, 1 double and 1 twin. Easy level walk-out from the sliding glass doors to the manicured front lawn, down to the tennis court and sandy beach.
