Just 5 minutes from the town center, you'll have access to all necessary services: bakery, butcher, supermarket, etc. Bergerac is 20 minutes away, Périgueux is 30 minutes, and Bordeaux is an hour's drive, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.

This spacious house features a large living area spread over three levels, with an open-plan kitchen fully equipped and offering direct access to a covered terrace. This outdoor space is perfect for dining or relaxing while enjoying the view of the surrounding forest.



The mezzanine area provides additional sleeping space (two 90 cm mattresses). The house has two stylish and comfortable bedrooms:
