An elegant Villa with infinity pool and a breathtaking sea view
This house, with a slight artistic touch, is in a location perfectly situated between two
bays and three of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Kalo Livadi, Kalafatis and
Agia Anna, with more than 6 restaurants and beach restaurants less than 1
kilometer away. The airport is 15 kilometers away and the port 12 km away. There is
secure parking for three cars in the property land, but also a bus stop within a
walking distance of 300 meters. Radio taxis are also available. The house is in a
quiet residential area with friendly neighbors.
The two-level property has a garden, private pool, jacuzi, indoor and outdoor kitchen,
garden dining area, free WiFi and internet provided, t.v, music, two bedrooms, three
bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 guests. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has
a double bunk bed with bathroom en-suite sleeping up to 4 people. Alternatively
there are two sofa beds in the living room. Two of the three bathrooms are with
shower. Two of the bathrooms, with shower, are on the bedrooms level and the other
is on the living room level. All areas of the house are equipped with air conditioning
and a bedroom with an additional ceiling fan. With a stunning sea view, infinity
swimming pool relaxing atmosphere in a quite area of Mykonos but also with easy
access to the action of Mykonos night life, it makes a perfect choice for dream
holidays. Very easily accessible by car or bike and small pets are considered. Fully
equipped with electrical appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, iron press, hair
dryer, coffee maker, toaster etc. Cleaning service and change of linen are provided
and are included in the rental price. Very cozy small garden pavilion with dining table.
The west oriented terrace, garden and pool are ideal for sunset drinks while listening
