The interior of the villa spans 175 square metres and has been curated with meticulous attention to comfort and design. It comprises four en-suite bedrooms, including one on the ground floor designed with accessibility in mind, as well as a guest WC. Each bedroom features Smart TVs and air conditioning, with elegant furnishings throughout. The open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light and flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both casual meals and formal entertaining.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and multiple lounge and dining areas ideal for al fresco living. Additional amenities include a BBQ, satellite and Smart TVs, a sound system, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, baby cot and highchair on request, alarm system, safe, parking, and security cameras. Pool heating is available with at least two days’ notice at a cost of €150 per day, with a minimum three-day use.

Villa Zephyr sits on a 4,000 m² private plot and is ideally located just 7.6 km from Mykonos Town and within easy reach of the island’s most celebrated beaches including Super Paradise (1.4 km), Psarou, Paraga, Ornos, and Panormos. Mykonos Airport is only 4 km away.



Please note that this property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00. A damage deposit of €1,500 is required on arrival and will be refunded in full in cash at check-out, subject to a property inspection.
