This property was more than poor and Eleni (host/property manager/owner) had the worst communication skills ever. We arrived to garbage everywhere from a party the previous evening, the jacuzzi didn’t work, no toilet paper or paper towels, no pamphlet about the property, my son contacted Eleni 12 times and I contacted her several times (she was rude and arrogant and uncooperative), the hideabed was filthy and we wasted so much time of our two days there waiting for assistance or responses. I requested a one night refund and Eleni refused stating everything was perfect. By far worst experience ever and avoid at all costs.

Fake location, Broken Hot tub, and Worse servic

Beware!!! Many issues and scams with this booking... 1. They listed the property (address and map location) in the center of the town of Mykonos. Great location, almost too good to be true. Turns out, the property is on the northern side of the island 20 minutes out from the town. 2. The maintenance/cleaning/host guy could not speak neither English NOR Greek. Taking on the phone with him was very difficult much less asking for help with anything. (When I texted him during my stay, he never came when he said he would and joked about killing the stray cats that roamed around the property) 3. The hot tub had a strong electric current flowing through the water that electrocuted me and my friends upon entering (was not fixed over the course of the 4 days). 4. One of the air conditioning units in a bedroom was broken (also no fixed) 5. The phone number listed on this site is incorrect, or at least to the wrong company because they did not recognize our booking information, our names, or even the name of the property (only through the maintenance man did we get the owner’s number). For the most luxury and expensive island in Greece, chances are, this is NOT what you are looking for.
