Spread across three levels, the villa boasts a master bedroom on the upper level with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, private balcony, and uninterrupted sea views. On the entrance level, guests will find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and another with a king-size bed—each with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace through French doors. The lower level includes two more spacious guest bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and built-in couch to accommodate an extra guest, and the other with a queen-size bed and convertible couch. Both rooms feature en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, and enjoy direct access to the garden terrace.



The expansive infinity pool, which can be heated on request for an additional charge, overlooks the Aegean and is surrounded by a sun deck with loungers, outdoor shower, and a shaded lounge and dining area equipped with a wood-fire BBQ, bar, gas stove, and professional-grade refrigerator. Indoors, guests can enjoy two fully equipped kitchens, a large open-plan living space with satellite TV and DVD, an indoor and outdoor sound system, a playroom with table tennis, and a private fitness room featuring Technogym equipment and free weights.



Daily housekeeping is provided for seven hours, including a live-in staff member, with linens and towels changed twice weekly.
