Villa Frederica is 300 sq.m including the outdoor living areas of more than 800 sq m, is part of a plot of land of 4050 sq m. Facing south it offers a unique view of the famous Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands Paros and Naxos.
The inspired, architectural design and decoration, with the high quality of materials used for its construction, which have been selected with care in order to respect the Cycladic style and tradition will pleasantly impress the guests.

Mykonos Luxury follows enhanced cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting protocols, against the spread of covid-19, in all our villas:
Sanitizing & disinfecting our Villas, using Cold Fogging and the disinfectant DALCO 100 (clo2), in accordance with ISO 16636:2015 & 9001:201, before each guest check-in.
Linens and Towels are laundered in a certified machine operated laundry facility, using a hydrogen peroxide sanitiser, detergent and bleach, and are individually wrapped.

Providing security precautions to our guests, as well as sanitiser gels, disinfectant tissues and disposable paper towels.
Use of Private Pools at all Mykonos Luxury Villa is safe since chlorine and bromine in pool water inactivate the virus.

This villa offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden. This villa also features laundry facilities and dry cleaning/laundry services. The front desk is open around the clock.
